Staying here was a great experience. The place is located right in the city center, in a nice neighborhood with lots of cafes and restaurants around. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities like soundproofed rooms, air conditioning, flat-screen TV and mini-bar. The service was fantastic, friendly receptionists were always ready to help. I particularly enjoyed the leisure facilities such as indoor swimming pool and sauna. Wi-Fi was available throughout the hotel and it was free. this place exceeded my expectations.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great buffet with fresh bread and fruits. Perfect location near main rail station, shopping streets, old town, and Rhein river. Very close to train station. Stylish and clean rooms. Helpful and apologetic staff.

The staff was helpful and friendly, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was just a short walk away from the main train station and the city's vibrant old town. the hotel's proximity to a tram station made transportation to the beautiful Rhine river easy.

During my recent stay at Novum Hotel, I was actually surprised by the convenient location. It only took me a short 10-15 minute walk to reach the charming old town. the reception staff were friendly and cute, making me feel at home.
